COMMUNITY CHOREOGRAPHY

When the curfew was introduced in Hungary on March 12, our favorite entertainment venues, schools, and community centers were closed. We couldn’t move together, in one place. However, 76 people didn’t shy away. 76 people who, even from a distance, felt the urge to move, not all at once, not in one place, but together for the power of a choreography. They just had to start, and then continue in sequence… Each participant continued their movements from the last move of the person dancing before them. This is how this community dance choreography was created. 2.5 months. Together. Dancers. Non-dancers. A dance chain.
